Over the week of spring break, in addition to taking the kids to do a few fun things, Hank redid the bathroom floors for the kids. This was his second time laying tile and I think he gets better each time. We challenged him a little more this time because not only did he have a strange shaped closet to do but when we pulled up the old floor we found this lovely crack running through the entire bathroom.
We ran into a slight problem while laying the tiles. We realized that a few of the spacers would disappear. It seems that Izzy thought they looked good enough to eat! We quickly learned to close the doors after that.

I can't begin to tell you how much better the bathroom looks. It is so much cleaner looking, brighter, and even looks bigger to me.
