Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween! Although trick or treating isn't until tonight, we took the kids to Destin last night for some trick or treating at The Commons. They had such a good time. Cutter quickly got the hang of things and before long had a bucket full of candy. The Bass Pro Shop also had a parade and costume contest, Cutter got 2nd place and a bag full of goodies, he was quite excited.

Tucker got creative this year, he went as Captain Edward J Smith, captain of the Titanic.
Is he not the cutest yard gnome you've ever seen?!

First Flight

For our recent trip to NC, the kids all got to enjoy their first ever plane ride. Tucker and Sailor were quite excited, I was quite stressed, and Cutter didn't seem to care one way or another. If you have never flown with three kids, I strongly suggest giving it a try, especially if you enjoy chaos, crying and whining! Actually for the most part we did well. I think the hardest thing was trying to keep Cutter entertained and still during the flights, and getting through the Atlanta airport while keeping up with all three.

I would hate to be the one that had to clean the windows after Cutter left the airport.
Snack time in Atlanta between flights.

Return flights home, watching as our plane pulled in.
Apparently Cutter didn't quite have the hang of the headphones.

Sweet Seasons Corn Maze

Sunday afternoon we road up to Milton to go to the corn maze. The kids and I had been last year but they were excited that Hank was with us to go this year. The corn was still high enough that it made for a good time, and didn't allow cheating. Tucker once again did a great job getting us through the maze with the help of a few clues. The path was extremely dusty since we haven't seen rain in some time so we all ended up quite dirty although I think Cutter gets the prize for the most nasty!
Cutter liked to try and run through the corn field, we had a hard time trying to keep him on the path. At one point he stopped behind us and seemed to be quite interested in something.
He realized it was corn growing in those fields and we had to quickly get it away from him, he was fixing to have himself a little snack!

Tucker loves ringing the bell when we find the exit.

Cutter appears to be doing a little supervising, guess he wanted to make sure Tucker was doing it right.

I got to ride the cow train along with Cutter and I have to say, those barrels aren't made for big people!

Cutter's own sense of style

Cutter has this thing about hats and shoes, he will put on any that he can find, regardless of who they belong to. And no matter how many times I try to turn his hat the correct way, he promptly turns it backwards. He is such an entertaining little boy and brings us so much happiness (and lack of sleep).
