The big "1"

Happy Birthday to my sweet baby boy! I think I am still in shock at how quickly the past year has passed. At this time last year, I was at the hospital patiently waiting for Cutter to make his arrival. I am amazed that during the course of just one year he has been able to go from such a tiny, helpless infant to a walking, talking and tantrum throwing little boy. Cutter went this morning for his 1 year well baby appointment and he now weighs 21 lbs exactly and is 30 1/2 inches long. He got 3 shots, which isn't necessarily the best birthday present, but he barely cried and is good for another 3 months. I hate so much that Hank had to miss another 1st birthday (he missed Sailor's also), but Cutter did get a call from him this morning to wish him a Happy Birthday. We are now looking forward to his actual party and being able to celebrate this special day with family and friends.

Now that's tired!

After a full day of playing outside, Sailor just couldn't make it any further. That was one tired little girl.

My big boy

Although Cutter won't be 1 until next week, since I was low on formula I decided to call the pediatrician and find out if I could go ahead and introduce whole milk rather than buy another can of formula. The nurse said that wasn't a problem at all and by all means not spend the money on formula, thank goodness! As you can see, Cutter didn't seem to have a problem with the milk at all. In fact the biggest problem we had was getting him to take a breath and stop gulping. He is such a sweetie!

Pajama Day

Today the kids had the option to pay $1 and wear their pajamas to school. The money being raised is going to the Make A Wish foundation. Of course Tucker and Sailor were thrilled at the chance to wear their pj's to school and jumped at the opportunity. I was amazed at the number of kids that came to school in their pajamas and am looking forward to finding out how much they raised.

As you can see, Justin wanted to be included in the picture even if he was outside. It is not unusual for the doorbell to ring at 7 in the morning and Justin and Nathan to be standing looking in the windows. I might have to seriously consider putting up some panels!

Random cuteness

We really haven't had a lot going on lately but wanted to post some random shots of the kids. They are just the cutest things ever, even Sailor with chocolate chip on her mouth and Tucker with his silly hat.
