Halloween weekend

Halloween was a busy weekend around our house this year. We took the kids to the Science Station Friday night, trick or treating at The Commons on Saturday night and trick or treating on our street on Halloween night. This is the first year that the Science Station did anything for Halloween and it was a pretty big hit. They had plenty of hands on activities for the kids, education stations and even a haunted beach walk. We are already looking forward to going again next year!

The tiny fish on the bottom left of the picture were all removed from the fish's stomach.
Going through all the goodies they received.
Heading over to Destin to The Commons.

Pensacola Interstate Fair

On a recent teacher workday we took advantage of the kids being home and planned for a trip to the fair. Cutter had not been to a fair before and I don't think he had any idea what to expect, he loved it! Some friends of ours went the same day so Tucker spent most of his time off with the big kids so we got to focus most of our day on the little kid rides.

Who doesn't love the carousel?!
Tucker was nice enough to ride a few rides with Cutter.

This was one of Cutter's favorite rides, his face was priceless!

In a seat that almost appears empty is my fearless daughter!
They had a plane that let you put your painted handprints on, each of the kids did it.

The bumper cars were a big hit for everyone.

My favorite part of the fair, the food!
